Temcare is a Christian-based agency which provides two main services to the community -- Respite Care and Mates Mentoring.  Respite Care is available to children between 0-15 years and Mates Mentoring for young people between 10-15 years.  Additional programs include our Opportunity Shops and Camps.  This web site covers a range of topics that will explain the work of Temcare even further.

Temcare employs four part time Social Workers and has approximately 150 volunteers involved in different ministries.  The office is based in Wheelers Hill, Melbourne , but volunteers are spread throughout Melbourne and country Victoria .  Temcare is run by a Committee of Management.

Temcare is not government funded and relies heavily on the generosity of individuals and churches who are interested in the work of Temcare.  A worker can be contacted during business hours on (03) 9790 6018.
